Requirements
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- 21 years old at time of hire
- Must pass physical agility test
- Passing grade in written examination and oral interview
- Psychological and polygraph examination
- Applicants must submit to an extensive background investigation
- Must pass medical/physical examination upon position offer
- Candidates must possess a current valid drivers license
- Applicants must possess High School Diploma
- New officers are placed on a 12 month probation period
Auxiliary Employment
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- At least 21 years old
- High School Graduate
- Valid F.O.I.D. card
- Must be available to attend monthly meetings
- Must pass physical agility test
- Applicants must submit to a background investigation
Applications for the Auxiliary must be picked up in person at the Creve Coeur Police Department.
